At my workplace we had a person speak to us about ergonomics. He changed our work stations to fit our bodies. One thing that happened was that my feet were left dangling from my chair (I'm rather short). He said I needed to get an adjustable foot rest.
So I scoured the internet

I didn't want something that would be big and plastic. Most of the models seemed to be like that.
I chose this because it can be flipped upside down. Now that I have this footrest, this is how I keep it. I rock my feet often. I like that it's soft, too. I am able to get it very close to my chair, if I want it that way.

The foam is just the right thickness, and I think it's great that the fabric can be washed. I love this product!
